Maximise Your Potential

Workshop Content

Aly's Coaching Cafe, this session is ' n Introduction to Personal / Life Coaching'

Working in a Group coaching environment we will be looking at and working on our Personal, Professional or Business Goals.

This session is an Introduction to Personal / Life Coaching which is part of a full day workshop I am able to deliver to you from The Coaching Academy as one of their Licensed Trainers.

Experience coaching

It is not until you have experienced coaching first-hand that you will appreciate the impact it can have.

Under the guidance of a experienced coach you will be asked some powerful and purposeful questions.

You will be coached on a current issue for you as part of the group. I will not know your issue and neither will anyone else!

This gives you the opportunity see the effectiveness of coaching techniques.

This session is an Introduction to Personal Coaching and includes a group coaching session.  If you have business goals you can work on those - or if you want to mix business and personal goals that is fine too.
