Workshop Content

In this session we will look at breaking down negative beliefs and rebuilding for positive outcomes.

  • What are Beliefs and how do we get them.
  • Exploring how our Belief structure works.
  • We will explore why some of our Beliefs do not support us.
  • What are the benefits of not achieving our goals?
  • Can we change our Beliefs and if so how?
