Coaching Skills

The session content changes each month.  In these Coaching Skills sessions we explore some great coaching tips and tools, great for individuals who are interested in self development as well as managers of staff who would like to enhance their own coaching skills,

Topics include developing questioning skills, building rapport, conflict and negotiation.

If you are a manager attending through a referral from your employer we are happy to issue a certificate of attendance for the session (please ensure your employers let us know in advance that you require the certificate)

Our sessions are designed to meet the requirements of our clients.  We will run a bespoke session (subjects there being sufficient interest from other clients) if you let us know what you would like us to cover.

Further Information

Our workshops run from the offices of Newcastle Performance Coaching Limited, West Fifteen, Whickham View, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6UN.

Most of our workshops are advertised on Eventbrite: where bookings and payments are taken.

You will be required to attend at least 15 minutes before the start of the session so that you find a seat, make a drink, meet other delates and get settled.

Refreshments and materials are provided - please bring along pen/pencil and paper if you would like to take notes.

There will be 1-15 people at the session (we don’t have a minimum number).

Formats for the sessions vary between workshops, activities, presentations and discussions.  All sessions are relaxed, informal and interactive.  Everyone is welcome to contribute to the session.
